I find that using this one during the day works best. It's small enough that I can also ice my foot at the same time. Worth the price.

It does relieve my plantar faciitis pain, more in the morning and then comes back later in the day. It is easy to sleep with it on. It is very warm, if you have cold feet you'll love it

Cons: Even though it's adjustable, it hurts the tip of my toes during the middle of the night sometimes, I have wider feet at the toes. . My feet sweat with it, but it's worth it for the relief it gives.
